What It Does
To Tickets packages a focused communication workflow for an AI agent. Break a plan, spec, or the current conversation into a set of tracer-bullet tickets, each declaring its blocking edges, published to the configured tracker (edges as text in one file per ticket locally, or native blocking links on a real tracker). It is best suited to users who can review the resulting actions and provide only the accounts, files, or command access needed for the task. It is not a substitute for human approval on destructive, financial, security-sensitive, or public-facing actions.
