How Rankings Work

Every published position comes from reproducible public signals. There are no manual score adjustments, paid placements, or private reviewer ratings.

Overall Rank = public downloads, then stars

ClawHub download count determines overall order. GitHub-native skills with no download history follow by public GitHub stars. Momentum, active installs, and freshness remain visible as separate signals—never mixed into an opaque score.

What is live today

A scheduled Cloudflare Worker reads eligible public ClawHub records every day and keeps verified GitHub SKILL.md skills in the same catalog. Results are validated, stored in D1, and snapshotted in R2. Seven- and thirty-day comparisons appear only after enough daily history exists; history is never invented.

Total downloads

Determines the overall order and reflects long-term public ClawHub adoption.

Verified SKILL.md

GitHub listings must include a parseable SKILL.md. Repos that are only tools, UIs, or unrelated agents are not imported.

Recent momentum

Uses the source platform’s current trending order while independent daily history accumulates.

Community interest

Public stars and engagement are displayed independently so users can compare signals directly.

Automatic picks

The first eligible leader from up to six distinct categories is selected deterministically.

Popular does not mean safe.

  • Incomplete sync results are rejected automatically
  • Catalog shrinks are refused when a source page is incomplete
  • Records are deduplicated by their public slug
  • Hidden or suspicious ClawHub records are excluded
  • Sponsored listings never enter organic ranks
  • Unresolvable new records are quarantined automatically
