What It Does
Git Guardrails Claude Code packages a focused coding & development workflow for an AI agent. Set up Claude Code hooks to block dangerous git commands (push, reset --hard, clean, branch -D, etc.) before they execute. Use when user wants to prevent destructive git operations, add git safety hooks, or block git push/reset in Claude Code. It is best suited to users who can review the resulting actions and provide only the accounts, files, or command access needed for the task. It is not a substitute for human approval on destructive, financial, security-sensitive, or public-facing actions.
