What It Does
Alloydb Basics packages a focused devops & cloud workflow for an AI agent. Manages clusters, instances, and backups for AlloyDB for PostgreSQL, and integrates with AlloyDB Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for automated database operations. Use when creating, configuring, or administering AlloyDB databases. Do NOT use for general PostgreSQL instances (e.g. Cloud SQL) or other GCP databases. It is best suited to users who can review the resulting actions and provide only the accounts, files, or command access needed for the task. It is not a substitute for human approval on destructive, financial, security-sensitive, or public-facing actions.
